Within each NeoKey there is a dedicated microprocessor that performs routines using AES 256-bit encryption, as well as an area of 4 KBytes of memory that can be used to customize the software protection, and contain licensing configuration in addition to the storage of part of the protected software. All communication between your software and NeoKey is encrypted using strong algorithms, as well as the content of NeoKey's internal memory.
All of this is contained in a small USB driverless device, which does not require driver installation by end-users.
